Tally as a product has been supported by principals i.e Tally Solutions Pvt.Ltd. vide their HELPDESK, where you as a licensed user, can avail support free of charge. But many customers prefer to engage with us for various reasons.

For such customers we provide Paid Services through our helpdesk. For customers requiring frequent support services, we recommend engaging us on an Annual Support Services basis.

On-line Support Charges (Telephonic or Remote access)
Support of small issues like reactivation, configuration etc
Rs. 360/- per instance (minimum Billing)

-Consultancy Services
Rs. 500/- per hour (minimum billing 1 Hr)

Advanced Feature Support like Payroll, Data Synchronization, Manufacturing, Job Costing, Cost Centre, TDS etc
Rs. 700/- per hour (Minimum billing 1 Hr)

Terms

  • On Site visits are billed for minimum 2 hrs.
  • Distant areas will attract more hrs or will be billed on Man-day basis.
  • Outstation visits will be charged on man-day basis. Travelling, Lodging & boarding and other out of pocket expenses will be borne by the customer.
  • Minimum billing Rs. 360/- or 500/- as remote support as mentioned above
  • 18% GST Extra
